Authorised Samsung Service Center - Iwave Systems

Surprisingly, this was one of the best Samsung service centers I've visited. I have been to at least 5 Samsung service centers in different districts, and they were all pathetic. Went there due to Samsung's very own green line issue on my S23, and I want to thank Samsung for giving us a shitty quality phone for a premium price. Coming to the point, the person at the counter was polite and told me they had no stock and that I needed to order the part by paying an advance. I did that, and they called me after 2 days, telling me the parts had arrived. I took the phone to them on the same day, and within like 4 or 5 hours, they replaced the display and gave it back. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would recommend this particular service center very much.

I strongly recommend this Samsung service center. The staff's professional and pleasing approach made the experience great, and they resolved my complaint precisely.
