⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Extremely Honest, Transparent & Customer-Friendly Service I had a really positive experience at the Samsung Authorised Service Centre by Parswanath Enterprise, Tura Mandi, Najafgarh, and I genuinely want to appreciate the staff for their honesty and professionalism. My Samsung Galaxy S25 suddenly had a completely dead/non-working screen. During the initial inspection, the service centre team informed me that the display would most likely need to be replaced, with an estimated cost of around ₹10,000. Based on this assessment, I paid an advance of ₹5,000 for the repair. However, after around an hour, I received a call from the service centre informing me that they had checked the phone more thoroughly and found that the display connector had simply become disconnected. They reconnected it, and my phone was working perfectly again. What impressed me the most was their honesty and transparency. They could have easily gone ahead with the display replacement and charged me around ₹10,000, especially since I had already agreed to the initial estimate and paid an advance. Instead, they identified the actual issue, fixed it, and did not unnecessarily replace an expensive component. They charged me only ₹236 for the service, and the remaining advance amount was refunded to me. This kind of honesty is rare and deserves genuine appreciation. The staff was very supportive, polite, and professional throughout the process. I am extremely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend this Samsung Authorised Service Centre at Tura Mandi, Najafgarh, to everyone.
