I recently visited the Samsung Care Service Center in Sawantwadi for a charging port issue that affected fast charging on my device. Knowing the exact problem, I pre-ordered the necessary part. Thanks to the support team at the service center, who trusted my request over a phone call, the part was promptly ordered, and the service was completed within a day. While I had an overall positive experience, there are a few areas that could be improved: Communication: The staff lacks proper call etiquette. I had to make multiple follow-up calls to understand the next steps, as they didn’t proactively update me on the status of my service request. Follow-Up: After completing all the necessary formalities, I still had to follow up on the progress of my phone repair. Better communication could make the process smoother for customers. Reception Staff: The reception team needs to be more informed about the issues with customers' devices. This would prevent any confusion about high bills and help maintain professionalism during phone and in-person interactions. Despite these concerns, the engineer did an exceptional job and returned my phone in like-new condition. The technical service was flawless, earning a 5/5 rating from me. Overall, my experience was good, but not without room for improvement. As a customer who has invested significantly in Samsung products, I believe better after-sales service would help Samsung maintain its position in the market. Nonetheless, I appreciate the prompt service and technical expertise at this center, which is likely the only one in the district.
