Authorised Samsung Service Center - Mobitel Services

Good

Outstanding, Honest & Truly Professional Service – Highly Recommended! I recently visited the Authorised Samsung Service Center – Mobitel Services to get the damaged back glass replaced on my Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra (Cobalt Violet). I paid the full amount for the genuine back glass replacement myself. During the service, an unintentional tiny dot/scratch occurred on the side metal frame by the technician, which was not there initially. When I pointed this out, the manager, Mihirbhai, handled the situation with absolute professionalism and integrity. Instead of making excuses, he took complete accountability and replaced the entire side frame (worth around ₹7,000–₹8,000) with a brand-new genuine original frame completely free of cost. Here are a few standout points that truly impressed me: Genuine & Honest Guidance: They never recommend unnecessary repairs or add hidden expenses. They are completely transparent and charge only for what is actually needed. Supportive Management & Skilled Staff: Mihirbhai and his team are exceptionally polite, humble, and experienced. They listen patiently and take customer satisfaction very seriously. Super Fast Turnaround Time: The repair work was carried out quickly and with high precision. Proactive Communication: As soon as my phone was ready, they promptly arranged a call-back to inform me that the device was tested and ready for collection. Overall, this has been one of the smoothest and most reassuring service center experiences I have ever had. I wholeheartedly recommend all Samsung users in the area to visit Mobitel Services for any repairs or assistance. A big thank you to Mihirbhai and the entire team for such top-tier support!
