Authorised Samsung Service Center - Mobi Tech

A white line appeared on the display of my Samsung Galaxy S21 FE following a software update. I initially visited the Samsung Service Center in Avinashi; explaining that a white line had appeared on my screen—and noting that my display was covered by a three-year warranty—I requested a free replacement. However, the representative there claimed that four lines had actually appeared on the display and stated that a free replacement was therefore not possible. They advised me to approach the service centers in Tiruppur or Coimbatore instead. Yet, when I contacted the service center in Tirupattur, the service executive assured me that they would do their absolute best to assist me. After I explained the issue with the device, they successfully replaced the display for free within just seven days. To my great relief, rather than dragging the process out for a 1 month or 2 month, they resolved the issue and returned my phone in just one week.
