Thank you so much to the entire team of Samsung Authorised Service Center, Saharanpur, for the outstanding service. I visited this service center because my Samsung Galaxy S23 developed a green line issue on the display. I currently live in Gurgaon, where I visited 5-7 Samsung service centers. Every service center informed me that I would have to submit my phone and wait 7-10 days for the repair process, which was difficult for me because I use my phone every day. Since I had purchased my Samsung Galaxy S23 from an official Samsung Store in Saharanpur, I decided to visit Samsung Authorised Service Center, Saharanpur. The team informed me that the process would take only 3-4 days.To my surprise, they completed the entire process and replaced my display in just 2 days, even though one of those two days was Sunday, their weekly off. Their speed, professionalism, commitment, and excellent coordination truly impressed me. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and completely hassle-free. My phone now looks and works like new. I am extremely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend Samsung Authorised Service Center, Saharanpur to every Samsung user. A special thanks to the female customer service executive who handled my case. She was polite, patient, professional, and guided me throughout the entire process. Her courteous behaviour and excellent customer support made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
