Exceptional It's just one of the few words I can use to describe this store. I visited the service center near karadi on the second floor of the federalbank building(store location on the maps is not the same as the one I visited). I had to get my S24's display replaced. The staff were professional and straightforward. They didn't bother to waste any of my time or energy in figuring out a plan to fix my phone. When I was expecting at least 2 days of waiting period("replacement parts shortage," apparently none of the third party stores in our locality had compatible parts for my phone), they got the job done in 2 hours. What amazed me the most was the way one of their technicians went above and beyond to send me a picture of the component they replaced. Moreover, they gave me a call to simply but precisely explain to me the reason why my phone got messed up so that I can avoid making the same mistake in the future. Kudos to that employee of yours. Keep up the amazing work, people!!
