I visited the Samsung service center for a camera issue on my Galaxy S25 Ultra (the 0.6x ultra-wide lens was flickering intermittently). The issue was handled professionally and thoroughly. A special thanks to the service center manager, Kiran, who was absolutely fantastic , calm, knowledgeable, and very clear in explaining the diagnosis and resolution. He took ownership of the issue and ensured everything was handled smoothly. Also, big appreciation to Sirisha for making the entire customer experience easy and stress-free. She was polite, patient, and very helpful throughout the process, which made a big difference. Overall, the service was efficient, transparent, and reassuring. Definitely a service center I would recommend if you’re looking for competent support and a good customer experience.
