Review Date: 27/07/2024 Superb Experience. 5 Stars Service. Issue: Broken Samsung S20FE 5G Screen. I researched Samsung Service Centers before visiting here. There were some negative reviews about screen replacement. However I thought I will go and check for myself. I went early around 11:00am, there were a few people on a Sunday, however I was attended in 20 minutes. Tech Specialist AVISHA assisted me. I told her I wanted to replace the screen as it was completely broken but the phone is still fully functional and I was planning on using the phone for another 2-3 years. They ran diagnosis and told me to wait while they got the quote and parts availability. within 15 minutes I was assisted and was told the Screen cost is 8100.00 Rupees and was also advised to replace the bottom charging chip as it was damaged as well which would cost 1200.00 Rupees. I confirmed with them if they were going to install the original S20FE screen, and they said yes, Factory Original. I agreed to get it repaired. They also had the parts available and agreed to repair the phone then and there, which I liked as I did not have to wait days. They gave me an estimate time of 1:30 minutes, I waited and received the phone within the allotted time. The screen was perfectly replaced and looked brand new. They checked all aspects of the phone and gave it to me. I am perfectly satisfied with the service and would recommend anyone looking to get their S20FE screen repaired or replaced to visit here. My total Bill was 9589.00 Rupees (8100.00 Display and 1200.00 Bottom charging port chip) which may be a expensive but I was ok with the cost since they put the original parts. The screen of the S20FE is attached to the metal body of the phone, which means The whole body was new, and I was completely satisfied as the phone looked brand new with the plastic guard on the metal sides as well which we get when we but a new phone. So I would give 5 star service to Vigilant Services at Malad West. Positives: - Replaced with original Display - Parts availability - Speedy Service
