I had the opportunity to contact them for repairing my s23 ultra smartphone display which was broken Initially talked and was prepaid to order and was told about 3 hours for the repair On request they told to collect it in person which was denied on calling them Second they told that the parts arrived, but on personally being there they told some parts have to arrive which will take another one day Next day on calling they told it has arrived but will take 3 hours again which we couldnt wait So it was stuck there for almost 3 days Finally happy thing is that they delivered the product in person and didn't use it Hope it works well Please be bit professional at least in committing words
